Contagious Job scam-we see everyday!

"Earn 10K to 50K from home online & offline, data entry, form filling jobs, online survey, click to earn, sms sending & ad clicking jobs."
"Make money in your free time, work only for 2-3 hrs per day.  Anybody & everybody can make quick cash."
These days the print & online media is flooded with such alluring advertisements. Have anyone paid a heed what this business is all about? They have informative websites with fancy & trouble-free ways to earn thousand at a click & a range of packages. Once the seeker is hypnotized with the easy & most profitable way to make cash, most of the websites ask for a registration & charge nominal fee.
But what happens after that? Do you really think this works?
Have anyone found a genuine business so far?
“If everything is so simple & easy then why are people slogging 9-10 hrs at office, waiting for appraisals, struggling with traffic, running around with month end targets?”
“When they can sit at home & print currency.”
It is very important to analyse before jumping into conclusion.  Most of the internet based jobs are fake, scam & dupe innocent people with conjuring money making ideas. Their main motive is collecting registration amount, sometimes taking the work out without keeping their payment promises & at times extracting confidential information.
I would like to share my experience with one such hoax company.  During my graduation, back in my native, I came across one such fascinating ad in the newspaper mentioning “Make money in your free time doing paperwork...write your full address and contact details in an envelope with five rupee stamp on it and send it to ...” I was curious to know the secret of making effortless pocket money so I followed the instructions. A couple of days later I received the same envelope with a catalogue for earning great money sitting at home & they asked for a nominal registration fee to become a member & share the formula kit for success. By then my inquisitiveness has reached its peak and I gave away my savings for the membership. Within fifteen days the success secret was in my hand, it had an information book & some forms.

Now I am going to spill out the miraculous secret in the kit. There were almost 1000 ideas how to fool people in the name of quick & easy earnings & build a network by registering members. I need to advertise in the same way & pull members to join the chain & registration amount will be shared with me & the company. The more joinees under me the more I earn. It was all a con business & no actual work at all. I had learnt my lesson that day & read all the tricks in the book thus I can never fall a prey again.

Below are some tips to crosscheck any such advertisement.
1) Look for complete ownership details in the website, read online reviews (but many a times fake reviews are also presented to create a genuine impression).
2) Don’t fall for fairy tale stories. Getting a good job is not that easy.
3) You're offered a job without an application, interview, or discussion with the employer.  Sometimes your personal & bank details are asked.
4) Unprofessional emails from weird email ids. (Amateur writing, spelling & grammar mistakes)
5) No proper contact information of the company & its base.
6) Some victims have even received few initial checks but once they start working full fledged there is no sign of payments & no one to catch hold of.
7) Legitimate companies don’t ask for money. If you’re told that you need to purchase software or pay for services, membership, etc, beware.
8) Check references & contact existing employees.
9) Sometimes the one who falls a prey also drags others in the swamp. Please avoid.
10) Finally, research, research, research before jumping into the well.  Ask question & try to get in touch for details clarification.
Hope this articles was informative. You can also help others by spreading awareness so that these swindlers cannot thrive in the industry. Below are few links for more information.

Have u heard of ‘EFCS’ philosophy?

Since time immemorial, we follow the tradition of “customer is king”, “customer first”, “customer is always right” etc, but as things are drastically changing in this contemporary business world, new philosophies of management are evolving to survive & excel.  I was amazed when I heard first about the concept of employees first, customers second’ which has become a universal phenomenon & set a benchmark for good people management practices. ‘EFCS’ is notified as the “world’s most modern idea” by fortune magazine. The architect behind bringing employees as priority for the organizational excellence is  Mr Vineet Nayar, vice-chairman & joint MD of HCL technologies Ltd.
Since employees are the face of the organization, if they are delighted in turn the customers is delighted generating tangible & intangible assets.  Transformation doesn’t happen in a day or two; the responsibility for change is not only for management but for the entire human resource in the organization.  Management is equally accountable for the employees who create value.  This generation is of employee empowerment, two way dialogue mechanism, system transparency, common goals & interest & understanding the needs & wants of employees. Turning the organizational pyramid upside down will not only boost fresh talent, creativity, profitability, growth, retention, customer satisfaction but in the long run aid in recession proofing & change management.
I am a people person who believes if the employees grow the organization grows, after all everybody needs a secured & happy work-life balance. Only mutual trust & benefit can make dreams come true.
Hope this piece of information was refreshing & we all aim to work with an organization practising ‘EFCS’ philosophy.

WHAT AN EMPLOYEE WANTS...

A variety of opinion comes when we talk about hiring & retaining employees.  Presently, I am working in a real estate company where stability is minimal & professionalism is on its way to perfection. While analyzing an employee's career wants & needs, I have come across some very interesting facts which I would like to share with all.

What an employee wants?

1.“I want... A job that gives me the chance to be creative
2.“I want... A career and not just a job
3.  “I want... The opportunity  to enhance my career
4.  “I want... A company that makes me feel an important part of the team
5.  “I want... A company that invests in people
6.  “I want... A job that gives me the chance to be creative
7.  “I want... A career and not just a job
8.  “I want... To work for a company that recognizes my achievements
9.  “I want... A job that gives me the right work-life balance
10.        “I want... A Company that really listens to its people
